• Subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You can manage subscriptions through your App Store settings

4. Data Usage and Privacy

• Cloud sync is optional and requires explicit opt-in
• You retain ownership of your health data
• Data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Not share your account credentials
• Report any security concerns promptly

• We may update content and features periodically
• Some features require an active subscription

• Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid

• You may not copy or distribute App content
